probiotics?

I know this has been posted about before (and someday maybe the nest/bump search function will actually work!) but what type of probiotics do you take and where do you buy them (for you, not your kid(s)).

I use Jarro, for myself and the kids (they make a baby version). I get it at whole foods in the section where the vitamins are. It is refrigerated

Klaire Labs - Ther-biotic Complete.  I get them at Valley Health Mill in Pleasanton.
