Bed rail for bedsharing?

I went back a page, and didn't see this, so forgive me if it gets asked a lot.  I remember reading somewhere that you have to make sure your bedrail is good for bedsharing/infants, and not just toddler beds.  How do I know?  What bed rail do you use?  Likes?  Dislikes?
