This. I feel more comfortable warming up the milk in glass than plastic, plus the vent on these bottles is very nice for avoiding baby swallowing too much air. If you're going to be using bottles often (like pumping while baby goes to daycare), these hold up much better than the medela ones. If it's just a rare bottle with a babysitter I wouldn't bother buying different bottles.
Playtex Ventaire Advanced just because it's what we had from the baby shower! Wide bottle / wide nipple / slow flow. The bottles are bent and that makes them a pain to put in a cooler though!
The medelas that came with pump and storage kits, plus playtex drop ins. I prefer those but they can't be warmed in the car. BreastFlow bottles were horrid but I kinda wish I'd tried the Dr. Browns with the vents. I still use slow flow nipples on them all and probably always will. It's more like BFing to me.
Re: BF'ers who also pump and give bottles XP
same thing
samesies...but LO will take Breast flow too.
LO hates the ventaire nipples for some reason, and jeezlouise are there a lot of parts to wash.
