Bad dreams

Last night I had a horrible bad dream. Im not going to say what it was exactly, bc of being so very sad. I went to hosp bc of early labor..., Im sure you can imagine what could go wrong. I dont know why my mind would come up with such a horrible thing. Im sure it was a reflection of my fears, but it really rocked me today. Anyone else have these bad dreams? Any idea why?

I have had a dream where I miscarried on more than one occasion...I'm pretty sure it's just a reflection of the thoughts you have or the fears that cross your mind.  I'm sticking to the principle that it is in no way a prediction of what will happen, just something you're afraid of and therefore your mind needs to sort through it.

Definitely have had bad dreams like that. I had a lot of them when my son was first born. I think we're adjusting to a new emotional attachment. It's our brain's way of figuring out how important to it the new relationship is. I don't know if that makes sense. The dream asks the question, "what happens if I lose this relationship? how big of a deal is that to me? what would I do? how would I cope?" That's the way I've made sense of those dreams.

I've been having a lot of bad dreams.. Either my SO is gone/leaving me or someone is trying to take/hurt my baby... They can make sleeping less enjoyable that it should be... Especially since I've been sleeping a lot lately...

I have had a couple horrible dreams also. And so RANDOM ones also.
