Therapist recs?

I've always had anxiety/depression issues but I've always had an excuse to ignore it. This year is my year of no excuses so I'd like to stop living in denial.

Do any of you see someone you would recommend?  I live in Cary and work in Raleigh. TIA!

I have seen Kerry Nicol, and really, really liked her. She's very easy to talk to.

I hope you find someone who can help with your anxiety. I swear, I think everyone should see a therapist. :-)
