How to stop taking fenugreek?

I've been taking fenugreek (3 pills 3 times/day) for the last few weeks to increase my pumping output at work. It increased my output a little bit, so it did work. It wasn't a miracle for me, but every ounce counts.

I would like to stop taking it without it causing a dip in supply. Kellymom says that you can stop taking the herb and be fine, but I'm wondering how to stop taking it. Do you go cold turkey or do you slowly decrease the dose (and how slowly)?

Anyone with experience with this?

I just went cold turkey and was fine. I am still taking blessed thistle though.

I was told to go off it slowly, like decreasing by 1 pill per dose each day.

I stopped all at once and didn't notice a drop in supply.  I barely noticed an increase though.

Yep.  I think what really helped my supply go up more was pumping more.  I didn't intend to stop taking it, just have forgotten for days!
