My son is 2 1/2 months and I have been exclusively breastfeeding. My period returned with my first child ater 9 months of breastfeeding and I got pregnant on the ovulation after that period.
This week however I have been a little crampy and had one day of very light spotting. I called the lactation nurse to ask questions, figuring my period may be trying to already return. Her first suggestion was to take a pregnancy test. I am on Camila birth control and my husband and I use the "pull out" method as well. I know it is certainly possible (anythigns possible right?) but how likely is it that I am actually pregnant again so soon and with breastfeeding, birth control pills and pull out method??
Re: could i be pregnant again??
That's how my sister ended up with my niece. :-)
Have you been good with taking the pills? That is the most reliable of the birth control methods you listed. BFing and the pull out method are not at all reliable, just reduce the chances somewhat.
