again - baby monitor recs?

If anyone can post a link to one of these posts from the last month that would be great too!

Ours just crapped out on us and we need a new one. Don't think we want to get another angelcare one, but a video monitor might be cool, or just a plain jane regular one. We have about $70 worth of credit/coupons at BRU to use, so I'm hoping to come out of pocket as little as possible.

Did you previously have an Angelcare one? If so, could you tell me what you did or didn't like about it? We registered for one and some friends just bought it for us but they also had suggestions (from parents) that a video one would be better. I can't decide if I should keep it or exchange it. Thanks.

Amy - We bought our angelcare from Wal-Mart and it was only $70 or so, incase you want that one again.

Jess O. - Just a thought, why not get the Angelcare on with the baby monitor at babies r us. We have the regular angelcare one and love it.
