What foods do I need to be careful with and make sure they are pasteurized? I was suprised to find out recently that I needed to check on Apple Cider. So wondering if there is anything I'm missing. I think it is only on certain cheeses, right? Or is it all cheeses?
Re: Pasturized
I think most cheeses in the US are pasteurized. And I'm pretty sure all apple cider that you find in the grocery store is pasteurized. The only cider you really have to worry about is if you're getting it from a farmers market, or a local orchard. It'll say on the bottle if it is.
And by the way Georgia-Peach...I really want some lemonade now that you mentioned the lemonade at chick-fil-a. Darn it...I might have to stop at the grocery store on my way home today!
