EP, Pain and Fever - Possible clogged milk duct?

I woke up this morning with a hard spot on my right breast, and a smaller hard spot underneath my left breast. The right one massaged right out with the next pumping, but my left side became painful and I started running a low grade fever. 

 I read that I need to pump with massage/compressions every 2 hours, use hot and cold compresses etc to help relieve it if it is a clogged duct, but am worried about increasing my supply as I am already working with an oversupply.

Do I pump more often, and how long should I try to relieve it at home  before calling the doctor?  

This may or may not be related, but I've noticed LO has had more green tinted poo yesterday and today instead of the normal yellow.
