Nikon or Canon?

I think I am going to get the canon xsi and the 24-70 2.8 L lens. Unless you can rec something else?

Well, I have a Nikon now, but after the holidays I'm going to upgrade to a Canon.  And good choice on the lens.  You'll never need anything else!

It's between the 5D and the 50D.  I haven't decided if I want to spend the extra money yet.
