Someone take this screwdriver out of my back!

I'm pretty sure its not my sciatic, but some nerve in my back has been picnhed since Friday, when I get contrax it aggravates the hell out of it even more...I'm not very stretchy these days, but neither stretching or heat help at all.  Ok, vent over.

    Ouch!  Hope you find some relief soon.  I would hate a pinch nerve when I am about to go into labor any day.  Like you need another source of pain...
