Faster flow nipples

DS takes expressed BM from a bottle.  We use Dr. Brown's with the #1 (slow flow) nipple.  Lately he hasn't been finishing his bottles and gets squirmy (for lack of a better word) towards the end.  I am wondering if this is a sign he is frusrated with the slow flow nipple.  He is almost 11w old (3w4d adjused).  When did you move to a faster flow nipple?

We are using Avent bottles with the slow flow 1 drip nipple.  DD is getting squirmy as well and seems frustrated (not sure if this is because she is teething) we tried the 2 drip nipple and it seemed sort of too fast for her.  This was about a week ago we tried it.  Hoping to get switched to a faster flow nipple soon!

Do you plan to ever breast feed or just pump and give a bottle?  If you want to breast feed at all don't move up from a slow flow.  We used the Dr. Brown's with the 1 for probably 8 months.  We moved up to a 2 eventually but I wish we had stayed with a 1 because nursing was more difficult because it wasn't as "easy" as a bottle.
