What type of swimsuits do you guys have / are planning on buying?
I found a 2 piece I like, but that being said, I like the 2 piece (bikini), not my squishy appearance in it. It is modest though, not a string bikini or anything.
That being said, I do plan on working out more, especially in the spring when I can jog with the kids in the bike trailer, but is it worth it, or should I just buy a tankini? Like would you use the bikini for inspiration to work out, or would you just get a 1 piece you already feel more secure in, etc.
Re: What type of swimsuit
I bought 2 bathing suits so far for vacation. I would love to be in a bikini someday but it can not happen without surgery, which I am 100% considering. I wore a 2 piece after I had Justin but now I have super bad "twin skin" on my stomach. The more weight I lose the saggier my stomach skin is above my csection scar. At 38wks my stomach measured 52 inches around and my skin just couldn't come back
I bought this in black https://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=52005&vid=1&pid=898516&scid=898516012
Then I bought the top in bright blue and I'll pair it with a pair of black& blue paisley bottoms I have. https://www.victoriassecret.com/ss/Satellite?ProductID=1265700634840&c=Page&cid=1324473490167&pagename=vsdWrapper
I would love one of those old fashioned suits that cover my whole body. Or maybe just a wet suit.
Seriously though, I have a black 1-piece halter suit that I really like even though I hate my thighs. I will never wear a bikini again since my stretch marks are so bad. I like tankinis with boy short bottoms.
I'm a huge fan of the skort suits. I can tone everything but my thighs and I like the look. I do wear a halter top with it but I'm determined to get back into my two piece this summer.
I could have the summer before but I'm so self conscious about my body it's ridiculous!!
I have that suit from ON and I love it! It'a flattering and a bit sexy while covering my not-so-firm areas.
