Is there a way to change how many posts viewed?

Hello fellow bumpies!!!

I'm the kinda person who likes to just go through posts, new to old, and just keep reading...especially on this site, I know I'm going to learn something and assume lots of new moms have asked questions that I haven't even thought of yet! 

Is there a way to keep scrolling through the posts? The only thing I can see close to this is changing the date filter to newer than a year -- but I'm sure there were great questions asked over a year ago!  I'm especially interested in doing this for local info -- like ob gyn recommendations etc. The kind of info that shouldn't change too much in a year. Any ideas or tips? Thanks everyone!
