G diapers question

I found two G diapers nearly brand-new at a baby thrift store for 50 cents apiece and couldn't resist (!!!) But if I don't want to buy the disposable liners, could I just fold up a prefold and stick it in there? Or would that leave too much wetness touching her?

You can use a prefold in there. If you're worried about wetness use a fleece liner so it will feel dry for your LO.

That's a great deal for 2 G diapers!

For 50 cents I'd say get them and use prefolds. That's not too much wetness- people use prefolds all the time. If they don't work (as they often don't), don't give up on CDing, just try a better brand.

Prefolds work, and since our stash includes several BG 4.0's, I'll also use two newborn BG MF inserts sometimes too and those work well.

Thanks everyone! It works GREAT! I love our pocket stash but these are quickly becoming a favorite. I love a good steal!
