Anyone make their own formula?

I read somewhere of people making formula using a hemp/almond/rice milk, or some other sorts of milk, combination.  Just wondering if anyone has done this?

You can combine different milk for babies older than one, but not for under one. They need all the vitamins and stuff that in regular infant formula.
