8 solid hours of sleep! Oh my goodness it was wonderful. DH slept on the couch with the baby and took care of her all night. I feel like a human again!!

    Congrats!  It is so nice when the hubbies can help.

    We are fortunate that my DH works 1pm to 9pm so we split up the night so we each get 8 hrs of sleep.  I sleep solid from 8pm to 4am and DH'S sleeps from 4am to 12pm.  We don't get to spend much time together but at least it gets us through the newborn stage with our sanity.
