Thinking about a double stroller...any suggestions

Dd will be 22 months when lo # 2 is born. Right now we barely use the stroller because most of the time I never go out alone. I always have my parents or brother to help me run around with DD or carry her around when she falls asleep. However I won't be having the same luck once baby # 2 gets here because they are planning to move out by the middle of June. I'm thinking I might need a double stroller any of you have a double stroller or is planning to get one? One do you have on mind? What kind? Brand? Model?

My DD is 17 months and my DS is almost 4 months. We use our double stroller a lot! We have the City Mini Double and we love it. It's small and fits well in our car but it also meets all our needs.

We would be lost without our double stroller...

I also never went out alone with DS and rarely used the stroller. That all changed (DH got a new job, we relocated) and I am always alone with the kiddos...LOL. I use the stroller a lot so I needed a good one. We have the City Mini Double and love it. It's light weight and small. It can go everywhere my single could go. I take it to the mall, dr. appointments, etc. It's great.

I have the sit and stand double stroller. DS is 23 months and LO is 2 months. i like the fact that DS is still in a stroller and i can buckle him in. but it will be nice in the summer i can take the 2nd seat out and let DS sit in the little seat in the back.

I would have never survived without my double stroller. My first is 2 and my other just turned one. We have a Graco Quattro Tour Duo. It is nice, but heavy. Lifting in and out of the car was difficult until I was totally healed from #2, I think you should definitely invest in one that is convenient and comfortable. Also make sure that you take it for a spin around the store to be sure it turns well. Once you get both babies in there with the extra weight being able to turn it is important. Best of luck!
