With what i can only assume are contractions....they only hurt in my back but they hurt like an SOB and I can feel them in my abdomen but its my back that's killing me.  They're about 20 min apart....going to start timing them more closely.  But i'm freezing...which is unusual.  Anyways...who knows how long this will go on before its time to go anywhere...but since i'm wide awak at 3 am I thought I'd share.

I got about 3.5-4 hours of sleep due to contrax.  When I first lay down they increased in timing from every 5 min or so to every 2-3 min and intensity but then faded to about one strong one an hour.  Got up at 5:50 to pee and couldn't get comfortable again due to contrax and back pain, not to mention I'm hungry.

Sending good thought and labor dust your way.  Hopefully our LOs will make their grand debut today!

Thanks, but as it turns out adfter 5 hours of intense and quickening contractions, they ceased.  Maybe next time.
