Baked creamy chicken taquitos

I've made a version of these a few times and DS loves them (we do, too). I never use cilantro (because I hate it) and alter other ingredients based on what I have around.

Today I added some corn and chopped spinach for a little nutrition boost, and used whole wheat tortillas. We had black beans on the side and DS LOVED the whole meal.
