Girls Name Help!

We haven't been able to agree on a name yet, and I'm looking for some honest opinions.  We like Renee or Elise as a MN, but are open to any suggestions for both FN or MN.  We are at a stand-still and have taken a name hiatus for a few weeks.  I'm ready to start referring to our LO with a name Last name is pronounced "panini."  TIA!

Caroline is pretty but very common and kind of plain IMO. Adriana will not be popular here, but I like it. It is different but not TOO different. Very pretty.

Adriana Renee gets my vote!
