sleep deprived- please help with pail liner

I  think my common sense has left me temporarily (I hope).  Please tell me how my planet wise pail liner should be situated in the can- the fabric side with the tag and seams goes on inside or outside?  TIA

Outside.  The shiny PUL side goes on the inside (where the diapers touch).

No way! Really? I've been doing the opposite for four months.

Yup. Shiny on the inside. It looks funny, cause the seams stick out on the outside like a shirt would be inside out.

Wow. You all just blew my mind! . This was my reasoning for putting it in with shiny on the outside.
