Handling hitting, kicking, biting with ASD?

Hi there! I'm j.h.mommy and I haven't been on here in probably 8 months or so. My son was recently diagnosed with ASD.

Lucas has been very "aggressive", so to speak. I hate using that word for my two year old, but I'm at a lack of words that describe it better at the moment. He hits, he kicks, he bites, throws things, and literally spits at people. Changing his diaper is a real task with all of the kicking and twisting and back arching. Getting him dressed is another battle. His brothers are always being hurt by him, and I've had my share of bruises from him.

I don't know how to handle it at all. We do not spank. He doesn't understand time out at all. He doesn't really react to our "hurt", or he reacts inappropriately with laughter or smiling. 

I was wondering, how do other mamas handle this behavior?
