Is anyone else doing this workout plan? (The Lindsay Brin one?)
And do you find the workout calendar confusing?? ha. I did all of the downloads (did downloads instead of DVDs)
This is what I find confusing:
BC2 Blocks. I know what BC2 is, what are blocks?
when it says things like "Cardio #1 or A" What? None of my downloads even say cardio.
Am I missing something?! ha Help!!
