Anyone else have swollen feet?

And I mean, SWOLLEN!  They are like 2 times the normal size they should be and hurt.  I assume that maybe it is from all of the ivs, pitocin etc. I was on from the birth, but wow this is nuts.  I had a hard time getting my shoes on!  I gave it a google search and it seems to be a common thing.  Anyone else suffering?

This happened to a friend of mine. Her doctor said it was a reaction to one of the medications. (it may have been pit, I don't remember) She was told to stay off her feet and keep them elevated.

Mine are swollen too, it does get better. DS is 9 days old & the swelling is starting to go down. (it seemed to peak around day 6) Drink lots of water & keep them elevated.

I'm having the exact same issue.  I gave birth just 3 days ago, and my left foot/ankle is so swollen that is is numb and tingly and hurts at times.  I barely fit into socks and shoes on the way home from the hospital, and I really hope that this goes away soon.  The nurse in the hospital said that it was normal, but it's hard not to worry about it.  I just wonder how swollen is too swollen.
