Ds stuck playdough up his nose and he's crying. I can't see it or suck it out with a bulb syringe.
Does he need medical attention? We don't have a home phone and my focking cell phone for some reason won't connect to make a call so I can't call the doctor to ask...

And he's the one who doesn't know how to blow his nose, right?
If he can't blow and you can't get it out in a reasonable amount of time, yeah. You're gonna have to take him in. Play Doh will get soft, and stay up there and potentially cause an infection.

No, he can't blow. All of my attempts to get him to blow it out are just causing him to sniff it in even further.
For some reason my cell phone is getting no service right now and it won't let me make a call on roam. None of my immediate neighbors are home right now to use their phone and my pediatrician is an hour away from here.
Then drive to the nearest ER.
