Dust, vibes, advice, whatever you got!

If anyone has extra job dust, DH went through two interviews and now we are waiting to hear if he got the job. And if he got it, if the salary will be enough of an increase to make it worth it. 

 Secondly, I'm on day three of a migraine and about to lose my mind. I've been taking Tylenol off and on with little relief (nothing lasting), tried a chair massage, and several Epsom salt baths. As if the pregnancy nausea wasn't enough, this nausea plus pain is killing me!

Ill take whatever ya got. (sad trombone noise)

For my migraines a coke really has helped during pregnancy. I know it has caffeine but it's well under the 200mg of caffeine that is considered the limit per day. You can call your doc, I think there are a couple meds they can give you while pregnant. Also, I've heard people say their chiropractor can help their migraines. Might be worth a shot

I was going to suggest drinking a little coke too!  I had a 2 day migraine that I couldnt get rid of and finally called the nurse, who told me to drink about half of a cup of coke.  No joke, that headache went away in less than 15 min after drinking the coke.

Thanks everyone. I'm going to drink a coke with lunch and if I still feel bad, go home to bed with a norco.

 And have you tried drinking a Coke? My doctor told me to try one a day. They are low in caffeine, and help with the headaches. They didn't make them go away, but they sure helped.

I'm so sorry about the migraine!! I don't have migraines but got some wicked migraine-like headaches late in the first tri and early second tri in both pregnancies. Fioricet (which is Tylenol + caffeine) was a miracle drug for me.

Also, have you considered acupuncture to help you with longer term mgmt of the migraines during pg?

Thanks. I have an rx for fioricet, an I know others that took it during preg, but my doctor was oddly against it. I'm home now with an ice pack. It's not terrible if I don't move, but I don't want it to get worse and I want it gone!

Weird! Maybe she thinks I'm an addict? Jk. Sorta. Very strange though. Did you take it during first trimester? Rachel said to call her back tmr if it isn't gone. If it isn't, I'll ask about it then.

Well, she prescribed it at my 12 week appt bc that's when my problems started.
