Delayed start!

Good morning! I wanted to introduce myself. Actually signed up quite some time ago, but medical issues sidelined any ttc'ing... last spring I successfully completed treatment for Hodgkins Lymphoma!

The very good news is that the chemo for the hodge has not been shown to have an effect on the ovum; pg patients have even been treated successfully. So... my obgyn is confident that dh and I are good to begin to ttc when we feel ready. She's had patients of her own go through treatments while pg.

The not bad, but not fantastic news, is that I will be 37 next month, so naturally I'm looking to ttc sooner than later. Have been using opks and charting since finishing chemo, just to make sure everything's working as it should be. And it is.

Am looking forward to reading about everyone's successes, and possibly being able to share my own in the future.
