DD has Strep

I took DD to the pedi today only to learn she has strep. I'm at a loss as to what to do for her. She's not really eating, or drinking, cries most of the time and looks miserable. When she's not crying she is using me as a pillow, or tissue.

Other than Motrin for the fever and pain, and the antibiotic for the virus, any suggestions how I can make this pass as quickly as possible?

Poor thing! I use to get strep at least once a year. Nothing much helps, but after about 18-24 hours on antibiotics I would usually feel at least 80% better.

Awww, poor thing! The good news is that the abx should start working really fast! Remember to give her probiotics to help her tummy and restore the good bacteria that the abx kills off.
