Measuring quite big

I am now 2cm, still 50% effaced, but apparently measuring at 42 weeks. I have a growth scan for next Tuesday to figure out how big this baby is.

For some reason, she has also moved my date from the 22nd to the 29th. Why she would do this if I am measuring 42 weeks, I have no idea. I am sticking with the 22nd, personally.

She said the baby is all over the place and my belly is just huge. I told her I was a big baby (9lbs 11oz). I said my mom and I are about the same build and I was born vaginally, which gave her some hope for a "normal" delivery.

So, either she is wrong about changing my due date and/or I am housing the next great American hockey player (girl or boy, lol)! Just as long as he/she doesn't play for the Penguins!!!

I was told baby was huge, went back a week later and baby measured on track. Your baby could be at a funny angle or in my case I was pretty bloated and gassy that day. I agree it's weird she would make your dd later, that sounds silly.

I don't understand why she would change your EDD this far along at all... That makes no since. Mine hasn't changed since my ultrasound at 7w5d.

Sounds fishy...

Yeah it is fishy that she changed my due date... I think she is wrong, but I don't have a MD. Whatever.. I do think that the baby is at a weird angle though. That I would agree on so that may be why I am "huge" as she so nicely put it! lol
