For those with 4 kiddos

I know I just had a LO...but my mind can't stop thinking about whether or not we should have a fourth.  Of course I always hear that even numbers are better than odd (not sure why)...

Is adding a fourth way more difficult than adding a third...or is it all the same after this?  So far the transition to 3 has been super easy...though I know this will be the easiest stage in having 3.  My issue is that if we do have a fourth...I feel like I need to keep the age gap the same...meaning we would start trying when this LO is around  a year old...but Iam not sure if we will be ready then and I really don't want to wait any longer than that...So if Iam not ready by then...should we just not do it...or just bite the bullet and do it.

I have always wanted a large family...but now that we have three...I don't want to short change anyone by adding more to our family.  We can definitely afford it...but you never know what the future holds.  Any insight is appreciated!
