NO MORE DOG PUKE!!

So my bf left for a few hrs to play hockey with his mens league tonight, of course this is the night that his dog decides to be sick all over the house.

Normally I don't have a week stomach at all but today is just not the day for this.

So far everytime i try to clean up one of the the dogs piles, I have to run to the bathroom to make my own.

At this point I'm really contemplating on leaving it until he gets home. Is this being unreasonable to leave it?

Re: NO MORE DOG PUKE!!

  • It may just make you feel worse and more sick if you leave it. Hmm, but cleaning it isn't helping either.

    Are there any other alternatives?

I know this sounds gross but usually if you leave dog puke for a bit they will eat it. Ugh, I made myself sick with that statement but its true. If you leave it, the dog may end up cleaning up after itself, but I seriously recommend mopping after, with bleach.

  • This is why I love kennel training. Anyway, cover the barf with an odor eliminator (such as baking soda) and a paper towel, then confine the dog either outside or in a tiled room. Your bf will hopefully understand, my DH is great about it.

  • This happened to me a few weeks ago. It was on the hardwood so I put the dog out and went back to bed. Dh woke up later :-) on a side note, his puppy that I told him not to get, pooped on the floor after he left for work. It can wait until he comes home for lunch!
