Hi ladies!

I don't technically live in Indiana, but I'm close by in the south suburbs (Homewood-Flossmoor) and feel like this board might be a better fit for me than the Chicago one.  

I'm expecting my first LO next month and call PgAL my home board.  DH and I met during college at U of Illinois in Champaign.  We got married in October 2010 at Starved Rock State Park.  We just bought our first house in May.  Buster is our beloved 3.5 year old furbaby; he's half beagle, half Jack Russell terrier.  I work in medical records management and DH is a web developer.  

Looking forward to getting to know you all!

    Welcome to the Indiana board :) the ladies here are wonderful and super helpful!

    Congrats on your first LO :) DH and I are also pregnant (33wks) with our first LO :) I look forward to getting to know you!

    welcome to the board!  i have a DD that will be 3 in February and a DD that is 4 months old.  congrats on expecting your DD, she'll be here soon! :)

    Welcome and congrats! i have DS1 who will be 2 in just 4days and DS2 turned 1 on Dec. 23rd. and just found out we are expecting our 3rd(and last:) baby im about 5wks 4days this is an awesome board to be on :)

    Good luck with your baby!  I hope you have a smooth delivery. 

    Welcome to the board!  However, I have to ask.  Given that you live close to Chicago, I'm really not sure why you think you'll fit in better here.  I used to live in Springfield, IL, which is no where near Chicagoland.  I have a friend that lives in Frankfort which is near you and I definitely consider that Chicagoland.  There isn't an IL board, and I definitely didn't fit in on the Chicago board, so I avoided the local boards and just stuck with topic boards.  When I moved to Indy, I was so glad to find the Indiana board.  Granted, it is an Indiana board, but many of us live in and around Indy.... which makes sense since that is where the bulk of the population is.   You are definitely welcome here, but I just have to ask.

     

    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.
