I want to name my little girl after my mother in law who just passed away and also my brother in law.

Brother in Law: Grayson Cole (so we like Grace for middle name)

Mother in Law: Lynn

 

I was thinking .... (insert)LYN Grace M.

 Help Can't seem to find any name that is perfect for my baby....

We are thinking of the name Adelyn for the same reason (family member I would like to honor with the name lyn).  Lots of pretty other names pp's mentioned as well.

Out of what people have suggested, I love Gwendolyn and Rosalyn - these sound beautiful with Grace! I don't really have any more to suggest because a lot of lyn ending names are made up spellings But you have some good ones to choose from already!

(If you are ok with changing spellings, but most would not recommend it, including myself, you can change traditional names to end with lyn like Cailyn, Aislyn, Jaclyn, Caitlyn - though this is more traditional, Carolyn etc.- or you could go the terrible trendy root of just sticking lyn on anything - but I'm sure that's not what you were thinking of)

Sorry, end rant. My favorites are Gwendolyn and Rosalyn, as I said forever ago

Caoilainn is a traditional Irish name. Not sure about how anyone outside of Ireland would learn how to spell it, much less pronounce it. Maybe spell it Keelyn? I like the sound of it but the spelling is difficult to get over.
