Headaches

I have had major headaches the last 4 days straight! I have taken two tylenol and it doesnt help AT ALL. I go to bed with the headache and wake up with a headache. Ive gotten to the point where its really starting to get to me. Has anyone found anything to help their headaches?

I just got over a 2 day headache (Sat-Sun night) and couldn't find much to help.

I tried a cup of caffeine tea, warm/cold compresses, tylenol, tons of water, etc nothing helped.  

I finally took a nap around  6pm on Sun night and woke up without the headache.

Unfortunately, I had one free day and woke up with another today - I'm not sure what to try since I didn't have much luck last time.

I have heard almonds can help - not sure why, but I'll give it a try at least!

Take adult Rapid Blast liquid Tylenol.  It's the only thing that will touch a headache for me.  Pills seem to sit in my stomach forever.  I used to take Goody's powder, but that is on the no no list.

I've also had a headache for 4 strait days!  Tylenol doesn't help at all and it's frustrating!

Last week I had a headache 2 days in a row and I didn't want to take Tylenol (because it usually never touches it for me) so I just drank a small cup of regular coffee and felt better within an hour! Good luck!

As a chronic headache/migraine sufferer, I have found that some caffeine tends to take at least the edge off to make it tolerable. Also make sure your hydrated and have something to eat. But if nothing else seems to work and they are intolerable, I will take 1/2 a unisom tablet and try to sleep it off. At least it don't hurt when I'm asleep.

Try a humidifer?  I had a splitting headache yesterday and tried everything... and then my husband closed the door to our bedroom and turned on the humidifier.  The headache was gone within 20 minutes.

I don't know if it works or not but I read on a pregnacy website some where that a girl used vicks vapor rub on her forehead for her headaches and it worked wonders! Hopes this helps!
