Can I AW some kid cuteness?

Charlie came with me to run some errands at Target the other day. We were passing by the baby section and I noticed a blanket with an elephant on it in the clearance section. I had just been talking to DH about doing the baby's room in gray and pastel blue and yellow, with maybe some cute elephant accents, so I picked it up. I was going to put it right back down but Charlie freaked out and wouldn't let it go. I asked him if he wanted to buy it as a special present for the baby and he said yes. He wouldn't let go of it the rest of the trip, insisted on carrying the bag to the car himself, and when we got home ran right upstairs to show daddy and Leo the present he bought for the baby.

So then Leo said he wanted to get something for the baby too, and I said maybe he could get the baby's special outfit to wear home from the hospital. He liked that, and then started describing the outfit he wants to buy! "Airplane shirt and airplane pants." How cute is that?? Now I have to go out and find an outfit like that for him to "pick" lol.

You know, this is kind of fun when your older kid isn't still a baby that is totally clueless about everything
