High Chair Question

What do you use to get tough stains out of your lo's high-chair? We have the normal stuffed plastic-lined chair. I normally use dish soap and dish cloth to wipe down the chair. I've noticed that spaghetti has stained the plastic. Is there a way to get it cleaned (unstained) or am I just being ridiculous? I jokingly asked if anyone ever felt like pressure-washing their child's high chair on my facebook page the other day. :p

Re: High Chair Question

  • No idea, ours is still clean considering that DS barely eats solids. But when we get there I will probably wash the lining in the washer. And if there are some stubborn stains, we will probably keep them:)

  • Did you try magic eraser? (My littlest is 9-months and I am not ready to give him messy self-feed food yet.)
  • We don't have a plastic high chair cushion, but I know when tomato sauce stains my tupperwear, I wash it in hot soapy water then uses a bleach/water solution and that takes the stains out.
