Resources in Westfield

Hi everyone!

     I'm 25 weeks pregnancy and recently moved to Westfield, NJ. I was wondering if anyone in the area can tell me some good resources for pre-natal.... anything! :) I would love to find classes that I can meet other moms like a pregnancy yoga or something like that. Thank you for the help!

    Hey Katherine!

    Congrats on your pregnancy and your move to Westfield!  My husband and I love the town... such a great area.:-)  I don't have personal experience with this yoga studio, but when I was looking for prenatal yoga classes (I live in Summit) I came across Satsang Yoga Studio in Westfield.  They offer a prenatal yoga class on Saturdays at 11:30.     You should check out the Westfield Y- they have prenatal classes and its a nice place!
