Belly support band recs?

A friend of mine is due in a few weeks.  Right now, her baby is in the breach position and she may have a c/s.  She wanted to use some gift cards from her baby shower that we went to this past weekend to possibly purchase what she calls an "after c-section support band", and asked me for my advice on brands of such item and if I recommended using one.  I personally, didn't use one after my c/s, but I thought I would ask you ladies your opinion and if you had any recs on a particular brand that you'd recommend for her. Thank you!

ETA:  She mentioned a c-p anty and an Ab d omend?  Never heard of them, but if you have any advice on either, that would be great also.

I got one at Motherhood Maternity for somewhere in the neighborhood of $30.  It wasn't anything terribly fancy and it just fastened with velcro.  I liked it while standing or laying down but it was uncomfortable after sitting for a couple of minutes.  It was helpful to have something in the first few weeks after the surgery, especially when trying to reposition myself and DD for nursing.
