Success after IF

Acupuncture Question

When I got pregnant with my son I did acupuncture before the ET and after. I am now in the process of trying for baby number 2 and did it both before and after my ET in September with no luck.  I did a frozen cycle in November and decided not to waste the money and got a BFN. I am debating on whether do try it again for this cycle.  What are your opinions on acupuncture? Do you really think it helps? I obviously want the best chances so I am willing to try anything. Just looking for opinions!

Thanks

Re: Acupuncture Question

  • I did accu for close to 2 years through 3 IUIs and 2 IVFs, when the third IVF came along, we were close to broke and had to make some cuts, so I opted out of doing accu. - that was the cycle that worked.

Yes, it can be beneficial to some people. Yes, it can be relaxing during a very stressful time. Is it a do or die thing? - no.

A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!

  • try looking for "Community acu" places - you give up the table in a closet for a nice dim room with recliners. I pay $15 a session for it. AMAZING price and I still get all the benefits and GREAT nap ;-)
