HCG injection site is sore

I triggered last night and I woke up to a sore and lightly red injection site. I spoke to the nurse this morning and mentioned it to her. Told her I don't have a temp, its not rashy etc. It hurts to the touch. Anyone else experience anything like this or know what is going on?
