We have a place in Smyrna about 2 miles from 285 and 75. Tenants are moving out Feb 1. I know it is not one of the places you listed but thought I'd throw it out there.

Awww, thanks!  Sorry I can't be more help, I have just leased all of my rental listings except that one.  Craigslist, Creative Loafind, and AJC Homefinder are good places to look.
