Anyone have feedback from either hospitals?

I had my dd in SSH in Weymouth I I loved my whole experience. The staff is great, the rooms are great, the docs are great and I loved it there. I hightly recommend it.

They are the number one hospital maternal services in Boston for a reason.

I had both my kids at SSH. My experience w/the first one was so positive, that when I had my second, I went back to SS even though we had moved and now live much closer to another hospital.

I too loved everything about my experience at SSH. The staff, the room, the food, ...everything!

LO#2 was born out of state and it was not as pleasant of an experience.

I had a great experience with both of my kids at SSH, no complaints. I also know a few people who really liked BWH when they delivered there. If I were high risk or needed specialized care, I would certainly consider going to BWH. The fact that SSH is about 10 minutes from my house and that it was much easier for my family to get to for visits made my decision easy.

Late to the post, but my girlfriend had her babies at NWH and was upset at the lack of attention from the nursing staff - especially when it came to breastfeeding. My OB just switched to NWH, but since I've already had one child (and nursed her for over a year) I'm not concerned about those types of things. Sounds like SSH is the better choice!
