Rockin' green

So.. I washed my diapers as usual, and today they came out stinky!! 

Well my mom put the funk rock into a different container, she tossed the directions!

Crap.

I hadn't used it yet, and I can't find the directions online. Anyone care to share them, please!

Am I supposed to do an overnight soak in rockin green then use funk rock?
