First Appt and Overdue Intro

Hello all!

We had our first appt on Thurs. and everything looks great! We could see the little heart beating away and even got to see little bear wiggle.

I have posted on here quite a bit, but haven't done an official intro b/c I was trying to be cautious.

DH and I live in East Central Missouri on my family's large farm. I am a substitute teacher and am working towards a bachelor degree in Secondary English Education. DH is an electrician by day, and we are both farmer by night and weekend.

We have been married for almost 6 years and have been trying for a baby for 4 years. It seems we have done everything but IVF. Finally, we are here!

Our due date is August 19.

I also want to thank all of you ladies on this board for always being so supportive and kind. I have been on other boards and have witnessed some awful behavior. It is nice to have someplace that feels safe where we can discuss things without being stoned to death!
