Uses potty at daycare, not at home...

DD1 will use the potty at daycare but refuses to use it at home.  When I pick her up at daycare the teachers all brag that she stayed dry all day and used the potty several times.  She has been doing this at daycare for several weeks now.  At home she refuses to even sit on the potty.  A few months ago she would use the potty at home when we asked her but since then has just refused to even sit on the potty.  This morning she stood next to the potty and urinated all over the floor while telling us that she didn't need to use the potty (she was dry when she woke up this morning...we knew she had to go.)  We've tried sticker chart, new toys for using the potty (our mantle is full of new toys/books and she wants to play with them but not enough to use the damn potty!) and big girl undies.  To make matters worse, when my mom is visiting DD will go to the potty for her.  This regression at home started way before the DD2 arrived so I don't think that is the problem either.

This issue is becoming very frustrating and we are losing our patience.  This morning we put her in timeout over the potty issue, which we've never done before.  We've also said no more movies until she starts going in the potty.  I don't want to make this a punishment thing so I'm asking for any suggestions.  It wouldn't bother us so much if we didn't think she was ready or if we didn't already know that she could do it!

Three things that have worked for us. 1. Not asking if he needs to use the potty and just putting him on the potty when it is obvious he needs to go.  2. Bribery with M&Ms.  He gets one M&M for going on the potty.  3. We have a major party when he does go. 

But mostly it's the M&Ms...he was really resistant to sitting on our potty until we resorted to that.  I knew he was 100% ready though and since he's started we've had great success.  Hopefully it won't be too hard to stop the bribes in a week or so.
