contractions

Ok ladies I am so confused at what's happening at this second. I have had some intense contraction with a lot of pain I have also have had some with intense pressure. But now I am confused about what's going on because my stomach is a large ball of pressure in the middle with different levels of intensity and also downward pressure switching positions is not helping at all. My back also is a little achy What could this be. ?? I need for something to give unless this is early labor. I am as of today 1 centimeter dilated 50% effaced and thinned out. Doctor did tell me I am on my way. With my Dd I broke water first then went to back labor

I'm right there with you.  I've been having painful contractions like that for four days now.
