Baby monitor?

We still use a baby monitor for our 16-month old- I prefer to sleep with our bedroom door closed and there is no way I would hear him otherwise! If you still use a monitor for #1, did you purchase a separate one for #2? Do the monitors interfere with each other? Or can you buy a second monitor to use with the same receiver? I am not sure how these things work!

We have the Summer Infant Slim & Secure and I just got an extra camera for DS's room.  You can use up to 4 with that monitor...and it cycles between my daughter's room and his room ever 8 seconds so you won't miss anything, get both video/audio on both every 8 seconds.....we love it.

We bought another base and monitor for our Sony 900mhz system.  Put the base in the nursery and have one in my DD's room.  So I will be able to hear both kids at the same time.  I have not noticed any interference as of yet.
