Is there a website where parents review daycares?

The private center we send our kids just told us they sold their business to The Merit School, which is owned by Minnieland Academy.

I'm not thrilled.  I also don't know much about the new company.  Has anyone heard anything about The Merit School or Minnieland or know of a website that gives reviews or information about daycare centers?

My BFF (an early childhood educator) said Minnieland is pretty awful.  About the same as Kindercare.  Great.

    I don't know of a specif site but I typed my DCP name and "reviews" into google and found some that way. It also helped me eliminate a few places. Good luck in your search.

    I loved Minnieland.  I was so sad our location closed.  I highly recommend it and would send DS there again if they open a new one in my town.  The turnover rate with teachers was low and the turnover rate for kids leaving was low as well. 

    Any chance this one is near me?  Cause I would move back in a heartbeat.

    Probably not close enough for you. Its in Manassas.  Who do you use now?

    They officially take over next week I think.  I've been checking other centers, but I hate to uproot Viv.  She's so comfortable now with her current teacher.  But I think she'll be moving to a new room within a few months anyway b/c of her age so  maybe that would be the best time to switch if we decide to do so.

    Maybe I can use this opportunity to stay home with her?  LOL wishful thinking.
